Certificate of Achievement for Rescue

Members of TCS receive a Certificate of Achievement in Allegheny County Council Chambers from Councilman Vince Gastgeb in recognition of its participation in saving the life of 11 year old Sam Nicholson who collapsed in cardiac arrest while playing basketball with his friend.
